Am I an Introvert.. :( ??

Dealing wid ppl has alwayz been my weakness.. (ok.. not always.. atleast in present time.. :))

Problem lies where..???

Misinterpretation.. misunderstanding.. prblms in communication.. or wat.. ????

I wanna dance.... but worried abt ppl's reactions..

I wanna jump high.. but worried dat ppl ll laugh at me..

I wanna sing.. but worried for how ppl ll react..

I wanna do wat i wanna do.. but am worried how ppl around me recieve me.. :( ..

I wanna be myself.. Why Cant I.. ??

From a while, I am not interested in speakin to ppl by seein in their eyes..?? Am I turning introvert..?? Am I scared of ppl..?? Why am I failing at something in which I am a master earlier.. :( ?

Yeah.., I was a master in dealing with ppl.. getting things done.. maintaining relations.. I "WAS"..
Not anymore now..

A deep lookback revealed da fact..

When I had a bunch of ppl around me.. i was good to everyone.. In the recent past, there were times I stuck to a single relationship.. wid a single person.. which made me ignore da world.. and when the relation fails..(breaks in this context).. everything is lost.. i lost the world already.. and now i lost "MY WORLD"..

This made me scary.. to talk to ppl.. to move INTO them.. to know more about them.. to share myself with them..

and now.. this is Misinterpretation.. Misunderstanding.. Prblm with communication..

****HURRAY..**** I finally found out.. why i am an introvert..

Now the question.. How can I overcome this fckin situation.. Can anybody help me.. :( help me to be MYSELF..??

LIfe.... from an Intellectual's perspective.. :)

Interpreted from Chetan Bhagat's speech at symbiosis.

Dont just have a career or academic goals.. Set goals to give u a balanced nd successful life. Balanced is different from successful. It means that health, relationships and mental peace are maintained in a good order. There is no point of getting a promotion in your job on the day you broke up. May be it keeps you motivated, but it ruined the feeling of spoiling your relation. The more you enjoy your promotion, the more you move away from keeping your relation healthy.

Life is just like a race in the nursery schools, run with a lemon and spoon in your mouth. If the lemon falls down, there is no point in being first. Same is the case with life. If the relationships fail, there is no point in a successful career. To instill a spark in your life, all you have to do is onething. - DONT TAKE LIFE SERIOUSLY. We are temporary here, and this life is not meant to be taken seriously.

Its ok.. bunk a few classes, fail a few exams, goofup some interviews, have a break frm work, fall in love, fail in love, fight with your loved ones. "We are not programmed devices, we are humans."

The Indian Caste System

The original social system was divided in four "varnas", or four castes, which corresponded to each one's inner capacities.Brahmanas, ksatriyas, vaisyas and sudras.

  • “Peacefulness, self-control, austerity, purity, tolerance, honesty, knowledge, wisdom and religiousness–these are the natural qualities by which the brahmanas work.

  • Heroism, power, determination, resourcefulness, courage in battle, generosity and leadership are the natural qualities of work for the ksatriyas.

  • Farming, cow protection and business are the natural work for the vaisyas, and for the sudras there is labor and service to others.

It is this system which allowed India to flower in an unprecedented way, to excel perhaps as no other nation had done before her, in all fields, be it literature, architecture, sculpture, or painting and develop great civilisations, one upon the other and one upon the other, each one more more glittering than the previous one.

And Now, The Degeneration Begins...
It is the nature of human institutions to degenerate, there is no doubt that the institution of caste degenerated. It ceased to be determined by spiritual qualifications which, once essential, have now come to be subordinate and even immaterial and is determined by the purely material tests of occupation and birth.By this change it has set itself against the fundamental tendency of Hinduism which is to insist on the spiritual and subordinate the material and thus lost most of its meaning. The spirit of caste arrogance, exclusiveness and superiority came to dominate it instead of the spirit of duty, and the change weakened the nation and helped to reduce us to our present condition.

This sowed the seeds of an explosive conflict which is ready to blow-up today in every state where the caste conflict is exploited politically by politicians who went further and catergorized them as BC,SC,ST etc.

Human brain needs theories and proofs to accept something and so here is just one example of what the English did........

The theory of the Aryan invasion is still taken as the foundation stone of the History of India. According to this theory, which was actually devised in the 18th and 19th century by British linguists and archaeologists, the first inhabitants of India were good-natured, peaceful, dark-skinned shepherds, called the Dravidians, who had founded what is called the Harappan - or Valley of the Indus civilisation.
They were supposedly remarkable builders, witness the city of Mohenjo-Daro in Pakistani Sind, but had no culture to speak-off, no litterature, no proper script even. Then, around 1500 B.C., India is said to have been invaded by tribes called the Aryans : white- skinned, nomadic people, who originated somewhere in Western Russia and imposed upon the Dravidians the hateful caste system.
To the Aryans, are attributed Sanskrit, the Vedic - or Hindu religion, India’s greatest spiritual texts, the Vedas, as well as a host of subsequent writings, the Upanishads, the Mahabharata, the Ramanaya, etc

What a comment about a nation that gave the world the Vedas and the Upanishads, at a time when Europeans were still sleeping in their caves!

History should be rewritten so that Indian children learn to be proud of their ancient and INDIGENOUS civilization - and the consequences of this new theory applied not only to Asia, but also to the entire history of the whole world.Talk proud about our Caste System. We need not rewrite the whole caste system of today to go back to the beautiful past but fill our minds with the truth that we are no superior or inferior than any human being by Birth or Caste.

What happnd to all da nice guys in da world.. ??(especially for galzz)

What happened to all the nice guys?

The answer is simple: you did.

See, if you think back, really hard, you might vaguely remember a Platonic guy pal who always seemed to want to spend time with you. He'd tag along with you when you went shopping, stop by your place for a movie when you were lonely but didn't feel like going out, or even sit there and hold you while you sobbed and told him about how horribly the (other) guy that you were f*****g treated you.

At the time, you probably joked with your girlfriends about how he was a little puppy dog, always following you around, trying to do things to get you to pay attention to him. They probably teased you because they thought he had a crush on you. Given that his behavior was, admittedly, a little pathetic, you vehemently denied having any romantic feelings for him, and buttressed your position by claiming that you were "just friends." Besides, he totally wasn't your type. I mean, he was a little too short, or too bald, or too fat, or too poor, or didn't know how to dress himself, or basically be or do any of the things that your tall, good-looking, fit, rich, stylish boyfriend at the time pulled off with such ease.

Eventually, your Platonic buddy drifted away, as your relationship with the boyfriend got more serious and spending time with this other guy was, admittedly, a little weird, if you werent dating him. More time passed, and the boyfriend eventually cheated on you, or became boring, or you realized that the things that attracted you to him weren't the kinds of things that make for a good, long-term relationship. So, now, you're single again, and after having tried the bar scene for several months having only encountered players and douche bags, you wonder, "What happened to all the nice guys?"

Well, once again, you did.

You ignored the nice guy. You used him for emotional intimacy without reciprocating, in kind, with physical intimacy. You laughed at his consideration and resented his devotion. You valued the aloof boyfriend more than the attentive "just-a-" friend. Eventually, he took the hint and moved on with his life. He probably came to realize, one day, that women aren't really attracted to guys who hold doors open; or make dinners just because; or buy you a Christmas gift that you mentioned, in passing, that you really wanted five months ago; or listen when you're upset; or hold you when you cry. He came to realize that, if he wanted a woman like you, he'd have to act more like the boyfriend that you had. He probably cleaned up his look, started making some money, and generally acted like more of an asshole than he ever wanted to be.

Fact is, now, he's probably getting laid, and in a way, your ultimate rejection of him is to thank for that. And I'm sorry that it took the complete absence of "nice guys" in your life for you to realize that you missed them and wanted them. Most women will only have a handful of nice guys stumble into their lives, if that.

So, if you're looking for a nice guy, here's what you do:

1.) Build a time machine.

2.) Go back a few years and pull your head out of your a**.

3.) Take a look at what's right in front of you and grab ahold of it.

I suppose the other possibility is that you STILL don't really want a nice guy, but you feel the social pressure to at least appear to have matured beyond your infantile taste in men. In which case, you might be in luck, because the nice guy you claim to want has, in reality, shed his nice guy mantle and is out there looking to unleash his cynicism and resentment onto someone just like you.

If you were five years younger.

So, please: either stop misrepresenting what you want, or own up to the fact that you've f****d yourself over. You're getting older, after all. It's time to excise the bullshit and deal with reality. You didn't want a nice guy then, and he certainly doesn't want you, now.

Sincerely,
A Recovering Nice Guy

Kitessss..

I could watch kites fly for hours..
Up in the sky... Free..
Dancing in the wind.. with no worries..

Like two lovers...
They meet...
They fight...
They embrace...
They almost become one...

But...,
Its not the will of the kites..
that makes them fly.. Dance in the sky..

'cause.. someone else always holds the strings..
